1. ORGANIZING COMPANY
ACCOR, a public limited company with the capital of EUR 789 095 382, registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 602 036 444 and its registered office at 82 Rue Henri Farman, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux (hereinafter the "Organizing Company"), is organizing a free competition with no purchase obligation (hereinafter the "Competition") from [1st July – 1PM (UTC+1) to [21 JULY 12PM (UTC+1). The Competition is entitled: “IBIS 50th COMPETITION

2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
This Competition is being held exclusively on the Page from [1st July – 1PM (UTC+1) to [21 JULY 12PM (UTC+1). and will be available in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Arabic, Italian, Polish, Dutch, German, Turkish, Russian, Japanese and Chinese.
The dates and times indicated in these rules refer to UTC+1 time zone (Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid, Paris). No other time zone will be taken into account for participation in the Competition.
Participation in the Competition is open to all-natural people over the age of 18 (eighteen) with an Internet access, a valid email address
(hereinafter the “Participant”), with the exception:
i. of the Organizing Company’s partners and subcontractors;
ii. of the family members of the persons listed in i, ii and iii;
iii. in general, of any company or natural person directly or indirectly involved in the Competition’s arrangement or organization;
iv. residents of Brazil, South Korea, Japan, Australia, Colombia, Uruguay and Paraguay or any other existing country forbidding the competitions on social media or prize draw can’t participate in this Competition.
3. KNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
These rules govern the implementation of the Competition and the selection of the winners.
Each Participant acknowledges having read the rules in their entirety and the principles of the Competition and accepts the conditions therein. Participation in this Competition shall be deemed to imply full and complete acceptance by the Participant of all the terms and conditions specified in these rules, the applicable online code of conduct, and the applicable laws and regulations regarding competitions.
Failure to comply with the any of the provisions of these rules will invalidate participation.
4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
The Competition consists of users enrolling to the ALL loyalty program or existing ALL members with points or no points who participate in a draw to win one of the 50 prizes made available and advertised on the competition landing page. To participate, the Participant must complete the following steps:
- If not All member: enroll to All loyalty program by filling the necessary information
- If member, log in to his / her All loyalty account
- Confirm participation in the competition by clicking on “Register Now”]
Each private individual can only enter once.
Any incomplete, erroneous, falsified information or information that does not allow the Participant to be identified or located will result in the cancellation of his/her participation.
The information communicated by the Participant in the context of the Competition must not contain any so-called sensitive information, such as details of health or sexual orientation, racial or ethnic origins, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs.
Thus, the Organizing Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude from the Competition any Participant who does not comply with one of the conditions of these rules.
5. NAMING THE WINNERS
At the end of the Competition, in order to determine the winner(s) (hereinafter the "Winner(s)"):
A drawing will be held from 22 to 28 July 2024 in Issy-les-Moulineaux (France) to select the number of winners matching the number of prizes. This draw will be carried out by the bailiff's office indicated in Article 12 of these rules.

The winners can win one of the following prizes.

o 02-night stay, breakfast included.
o Dinner for two with appetizer, main course, dessert, glass of wine, and beverage.
· "1 package at Ibis Styles Lima San Isidro in Peru. Includes:
o 02-night stay, breakfast included.
o Early Check-in and Late Check-out.
o Pisco Sour preparation class with Bartender.
o 03-course dinner for two.
· 1 package for Sziget festival with night (10-11 August at ibis Budapest stadium), lunch, backstage tour and access to VIP premium box on August 10th.
· 1 package at Ibis Guadalajara Expo (Mexico). Includes:
o 02-night stay, breakfast included.

Lots will be awarded as follows. Each winner will be able to choose from among the remaining prizes when making his or her choice. For example, the 10th winner drawn at random will be able to choose from among the 40 remaining prizes.
Hence there is the possibility that a specific prize is already chosen by a winner and is no longer available for the following winners.
Only one prize will be awarded per household (same last name/same address and/or same email).
The prize is awarded to an individual and may not be transferred, exchanged or modified.
The winner is given the possibility to get 10.000 points to his account in case he/she does not want the prize.
Under no circumstances may financial consideration be requested as a substitution for the offered prize. The Organizing Company reserves the right, if circumstances so require, to replace this prize with another prize of equivalent value.
The Organizing Company cannot be held liable for the use of the prize by the winners. Any resale of the prize by the winners is strictly prohibited. The Organizing Company disclaims any liability for possible disputes relating to the terms and conditions pertaining to the awarding of the prize.
7. NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNERS
The winners will be informed by Email no later than 28 July 2024 AND 12PM via the contact details provided on their ALL loyalty account. They will be contacted individually by phone to confirm their selected prize. It is specifically noted that the provision of incomplete or inaccurate contact information will prevent the award of the prize without incurring the liability of the Organizing Company.
The winners will then have a period of 24 hours from the receipt of the notification to confirm their selected prize to the Organizing Company.
The Organizing Company will ask the winners the necessary personal information to organize the prize giving.
If no response is received by the aforementioned deadline, the Organizing Company will select a new winner, following the same procedures.
The names of the winners will be available from the Organizing Company.
8. RIGHT OF SCRUTINY BY THE ORGANIZING COMPANY REGARDING THE SUBMISSIONS
In order to ensure the appropriateness of the participations, the Organizing Company reserves the right to reject any participation whose content is deemed to be inappropriate or fails to comply with the conditions mentioned below.
The Participant guarantees that his/her participation:
- complies with the stipulations of these rules;
- contains no elements contrary to morality, public order or legal and/or regulatory provisions;
- infringes no third-party intellectual property rights (including the reproduction/representation of an item subject to intellectual property rights, such as an original work, without the express prior authorization of the rights holder, etc.);
- violates no individual rights (particularly against human dignity and rights relating to personality: right to a name, right to privacy, protection against defamation, insult or injury, protection against reproduction of an individual's image without their authorization, etc.)
- is of sufficient technical quality to be used in large format (sharpness/lighting);
- does not contain overtly political or polemical, pornographic, racist, hateful, offensive, advertising, promotional or commercial content.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COMMUNICATION
Participation in the Competition does not confer any right to the Participants regarding the intellectual property elements of the Organizing Company. Also, in accordance with the provisions of the French Code of Intellectual Property, the reproduction, representation or use of all or part of the elements (graphic, textual, etc.) comprising this Competition as well as the Page are strictly prohibited. All trademarks, graphics, and product names mentioned are registered trademarks, graphics or product names.
Any use of the elements of the Competition, whatever the mode, is subjected to compliance with intellectual property regulations.
In addition, the Participant expressly authorizes, without reservation, the free publication of his or her photograph for informational or promotional purposes for any exploitation related to this Competition and/or its results on any medium. The Participant expressly grants the Organizing Company the right to publish, distribute, reproduce and adapt for representation purposes on any current or future medium and in any format, in particular for purposes of information and illustration, promotional and commercial purposes (social networks, Internet sites, etc.), the photograph submitted in the context of this Competition.
The transfer of rights provided for in this article is granted by each Participant to the Organizing Company for a period of 5 years and for the entire world.
10. MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF THE OPERATION
The Organizing Company reserves the right at any time, if the circumstances so require, to interrupt, delete, postpone or defer the competition and/or modify the procedures after informing Participants by any appropriate means without incurring any liability thereby.
11. ATTRIBUTES OF PERSONALITY
By participating in the Competition, the Participant and the Winners authorize, free of charge, the Organizing Company and its communications agency, and/or their subcontractors (e.g., the media and/or influencers and/or public personalities relaying the Competition - hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Subcontractors") to use their surname and first name(s), image, as well as, where applicable, any other attribute of their personality, in particular with a view to incorporating them into any communication related to the Competition.
12. VERIFICATION OF ENTRY VALIDITY
The Organizing Company reserves the right to perform all useful checks to ensure that each participation complies with all of the provisions set forth in these rules. To this end, the Organizing Company may, in particular, verify:
- the identity of the Participant;
- the Participant is entering from one account only;
- the country of residence of the Participant;
- the membership in the ALL – Accor Live Limitless Programme.
13. REQUEST FOR REIMBURSEMENT
The Organizing Company agrees to reimburse upon request the costs incurred to participate in the Competition to any Participant who makes such a request, namely the internet connection fees related to participation in the Competition and the postal charges related to the reimbursement request or transmission of payment.
However, the Organizing Company commits only to reimburse the Participants who have complied with the conditions of participation in the Competition and the conditions set forth in this article.
For the purpose of simplification, the Organizing Company accepts only one overall request for reimbursement per household (same last name, same first name, same e-mail and postal addresses) and for the duration of the Competition.
13.1 Internet connection fees related to participation in the Competition
Upon request, each Participant can obtain reimbursement of the connection fees that such Participant has incurred to participate in the Competition.
It is specifically noted that Participants who did not bear any additional connection or communication cost because of their participation in the Competition (holders of a fixed subscription rate, cable users, etc.) will not be able to obtain reimbursement.
13.2 Postal costs related to the reimbursement request or transmission of payment
The Organizing Company undertakes upon request to reimburse the cost of the stamp used by the Participant to make the reimbursement request and/or obtain the rules of the Competition on the basis of the applicable slow rate at the time.
13.3 Procedures for reimbursement
Each reimbursement request must be sent in writing to the following address: ACCOR – 82 Rue Henri Farman – 92345 Issy-Les-Moulineaux.
The Participants must clearly indicate their first name, last name, full address (street and street number, postal code, city and country) in their letter and provide the following documents:
- a bank account number in the name of the Participant;
- a photocopy of the Participant's identity card;
- when applicable, copy/copies of the detailed telephone bill(s) stating the date(s) and time(s) of participation.
Any incomplete or illegible request sent to an address other than the aforementioned address or received after a period of one month after the end of the Competition, as determined by the postmark, will be considered void.
In the event of the extension or possible delay of the Competition, the deadline to obtain the rules of the Competition and reimbursements (stamps and internet connection fees) will be postponed accordingly.
Reimbursement will be made by bank transfer or credit to the Participant's account.
14. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY OF THE ORGANIZING COMPANY
The Organizing Company reserves the right to suspend, postpone, extend or cancel the Competition without prior notice in the event of force majeure, following notification by all appropriate means. It shall not be held liable for doing so.
The Organizing Company may not be held liable for any disruptions to internet or electricity networks, incorrect use of the internet, failure of receiving equipment or any other incident affecting the smooth running of the Competition that could prevent a user from taking part before the deadline.
Participants are responsible for taking all the necessary steps to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment against any attacks. Participants are fully responsible for their own connection to the page and their participation in the Competition. Any Participant attempting to tamper with the computer system of the Competition in any way whatsoever in order to win or to attempt to win will be disqualified from the Competition. In addition, the Organizing Company reserves the right to take legal action against anyone who has cheated or attempted to do so.
The Organizing Company may not be held liable for any damage or injury of any kind due to:
- malfunction of the website, computer errors or viruses or other problems that may cause damage;
- following events having the characteristics of force majeure (strike, bad weather, war, attack) that partially or totally deprive the winners of their prize;
- following any incident taking place to the winners during the enjoyment of their prize.
The Organizing Company cannot be held liable for the rejection of any participation that does not comply with all the provisions of these rules.
15. LIABILITY OF THE PARTICIPANT
Each Participant must participate in the Competition in a fair manner and in accordance with the present rules. Participants shall refrain from implementing or seeking to implement any automated participation process or, more generally, any process that does not strictly comply with the fundamental principles of the Competition, in particular individual and unitary participation.
Any fraud or violation by a Participant of any of the stipulations of these rules may, as of right, result in his/her definitive exclusion from the Competition by the Organizing Company, which reserves the right to take legal action against him/her. Such exclusion, regardless of the cause, will result in the cancellation of the participation of the Participant concerned and his possible winnings.
16. PLACEMENT AND ACCESSIBILITY OF THE RULES
The complete rules of the Competition are available on https://ibis.accor.com/en/hub-offers/go-get-it-competition.html for the duration of the Competition. The rules may be modified at any time by the Organizing Company in the form of an amendment available in the same conditions as the complete rules.
Any claim must be made by email to ALL.Limitless-Experiences@accor.com, before 28 July 2024. After this date, no claim will be accepted.
The rules are sent free of charge to any person who so requests by mail at the address of the Competition before the close of the Competition (determined by the postmark).
17. PERSONAL DATA
For more information on the processing of Participants' personal data by the Organizing Company in the context of the Competition and on the exercise of Participants' rights, consult the personal data protection charter on https://all.accor.com/information/legal/data-protection.fr.shtml
Persons who exercise their right to erase their data before the end of the Competition will be deemed to have waived their participation.
18. APPLICABLE LAW AND LANGUAGE OF THE RULES
These rules are governed by and subject to the provisions of French law, without prejudice to any mandatory protective provisions that may apply in the Participant’s country of residence.
These rules are written in English and French. In the event of a contradiction with any foreign language version, the provisions of the English version will prevail.
If any of the provisions of these rules is declared invalid and/or inapplicable, the other clauses will remain in full force and effect.
19. COMPETENT JURISDICTION
In the event of a dispute arising from the interpretation or enforcement of these rules, the Participant and the Organizing Company will use their best endeavours to reach an amicable settlement. In the absence of an amicable settlement, the Participant may refer the dispute to the Tourism and Travel Mediator.
