The benefits of ALL Accor+ ibis  are valid every day, all year round, except:

- In ibis budget, ibis, and ibis Styles hotels in mainland China

- In non-participating hotels: see the list here

- On dates when the hotel is marked as unavailable (not more than 10 days per year, except for exceptional events). You can check these dates at the following link: see the list here

To benefit from your ALL Accor+ ibis discount, make sure to book an ALL Accor+ rate via a direct channel (all.com, ALL.com app, Accor call centers, or directly with the hotel) by providing your ALL Accor+ subscription number when booking and ensuring that your subscription is valid for the entire duration of your stays.

The Status Nights bonus offered upon your subscription will help you reach the next status in the ALL Accor loyalty program faster. The number of Status Nights offered through subscription programs or co-branded cards is capped at 30 Status Nights per account per year. This limit applies only to bonus Status Nights awarded for subscriptions and co-branded cards and does not affect Status Nights earned from stays or other activities eligible for points earning while using the subscription.

To benefit from the ALL Accor+ ibis preferential rates, you must subscribe to the program on the official ALL Accor+ page 

 

Once subscribed, you need to log in to your ALL Accor account on ALLAccor.com or via the ALL Accor app. The ALL Accor+ ibis discounted rates and guaranteed room availability will appear directly in your search results when booking your stay.

 

You can also book by phone through customer service or directly at the hotel by providing your ALL Accor+ ibis subscription number to the staff. Your subscription number is available in your purchase confirmation email or at any time in your account via the app or on ALLAccor.com..

Your ALL Accor+ ibis subscription must be valid for the entire duration of your stays.

ALL Accor+ ibis guarantee room availability provided that you make your reservation at least 2 days prior to your arrival date (before 12:00 pm local time of the hotel you're visiting). This benefit cannot be combined with discounts offered by the card.
