"Pet-Friendly" policy terms & conditions
Take advantage of our pet-friendly accommodation policy and enjoy a stay welcoming your pet under the hotel’s guidelines.
An extra fee would be charged on the room (depending on hotel policies) to cover housekeping as long as borrowable amenities (stock, variety & avalibility may vary according to each establishment).
Owners agree to comply with all local regulations, including vaccinations and pet licensing.
Pet option must be selected at booking or the hotel notified by email directly. Accommodation of pets is subject to hotel approval and local regulations compliance.
Pets must be kept on a leash in all public areas including restaurants.
Access to kitchens, food storage areas, and pools is strictly prohibited. Pets may not sit on beds, chairs, or furniture, and cannot be left unattended in rooms or vehicles.
Bathing your pet in the room’s shower or the hotel swimming pool is forbidden.
Hotels reserve the right to restrict pet access in some facilities and to refuse pets that pose a risk or do not meet conditions listed here.
Upon your arrival a "Pet-Friendly" door-hanger and a welcome kit with hygiene and safety instructions.
This policy applies unless otherwise stated for ibis family hotels which may not allow pets but will provide clear signage and information.

- Common Areas: Pets are welcome in common areas when leashed and supervised.
- Kitchen Access: For hygiene reasons, pets are not permitted in the kitchen areas. – on this I have a comment while still rephased – guests are also not allowed in the kitchen or any back of house, do we need this point?
- Bath Time: To keep things fresh and fun for all guests, please avoid bathing your pet in the room’s shower or the hotel swimming pool.
