It is pleasing to hear that you found comfort in our rooms, enjoyed a great night's sleep on our Sweet Bed by ibis bedding, and experienced the high standard of cleanliness we strive to maintain. We regret hearing that the availability of our staff did not meet your expectations and that certain food items were not available at the time of your stay. Furthermore, we understand the importance of having in-room amenities like beverage facilities and we apologize for the inconvenience caused by their absence. We also take note of your comment regarding the shower and will look into this matter. The local wildlife is indeed something we monitor closely for the comfort and safety of our guests. Additionally, we would like to point out that we do have kettles available at the reception to take up to your room, free of charge.
