MEMBERS' RATE:
This discounted rate is only available on Accor group websites (ALL.ACCOR.COM, www.sofitel.com, www.pullmanhotels.com, novotel.accor.com, mercure.accor.com, ibis.accor.com).


ALL account
The creation of a ALL account is required. If you are not a member yet, you can join online for free. Otherwise, you cannot take advantage of this discount.
Be or become a member of ALL. Members must present their card upon check-in at the hotel (or their member number if they have not yet received their card). Maximum 2 rooms at the Members’ Rate can be book per member, per staying date.

Discount & participating brands
This discount applies to the public rate in participating hotels (see list above) excluding taxes and additional expenditure. It cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or special offers and is subject to availability on the chosen date in the hotel selected. It excludes black-out dates set by participating hotels.
Guests will be awarded a maximum discount of 5% or 10% on the public rate in hotels operated under the Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Novotel, Novotel Suites, Mercure, Adagio, ibis, ibis Styles, ibis budget and Adagio Access brands (see above for a full list of participating hotels and discounts). A maximum discount of 5% will be awarded in all participating hotels based in France, irrespective of the brand.
Members are reminded that hotels operated under the ibis budget brand are not involved in the ALL loyalty programme. When taking advantage of the discounted rate in one of these hotels, members will not be able to enjoy any of the usual programme-related benefits (earning Rewards points or Status points, using Rewards points, welcome drinks, guaranteed room availability, etc.).

TWIZY:
- The free ride of 1 hour on board of the Renault Twizy is available during a stay in one of our 3 ibis hotels of the center of Brussels (ibis Brussels Gare du Midi, ibis Brussels Centre Ste Catherine & ibis Brussels Off Grand Place).
- The extra benefit is offered to our ALL Gold and Platinum members and ibis Business card holders only during the period of their stay in one of this 3 ibis hotels mentioned here above and upon availability.
- We strongly advise you to book your Twizy ride before your arrival at our reception of the hotel you are staying in.
- You have to be owner of valid B driving license and of a VISA card for the caution during your stay and agree with the insurance conditions which will be delivered to you at the reception.
