We appreciate your comments about the quietness of your accommodation and the cleanliness of the hotel. However, we apologize for the inconvenience regarding the escalator not operating in the morning and the WiFi issues you encountered. Your suggestions regarding staff interactions and the need for better access will be taken seriously, and we will strive to improve these areas.
