Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d’apprendre que votre expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes, en particulier en ce qui concerne l’attitude du personnel au bar et à la réception. Ce type de comportement ne reflète en aucun cas les standards de service que nous nous efforçons de garantir chaque jour à nos clients. Dear Mateusz, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. Regarding breakfast, we understand your disappointment. We are pleased to let you know that the full buffet service has now been reinstated, offering a much wider variety of options every morning, including Thursdays. We hope this will enhance your experience on future visits. We also sincerely apologize for the issue with the shower gel and soap dispenser not being addressed, despite your reports. This is not the level of service we aim to deliver, and we have taken steps to reinforce follow-up procedures with our housekeeping team. Concerning the noise, we understand how important a quiet room is for rest. For your next stay, we would be happy to allocate one of our interior-facing rooms, which offer a much calmer atmosphere.
