This is Rabin. On April 15th 2025, me and my wife checked in Ibis Hitech city Hyderabad India We both have enjoyed our 4 nights stay in room no. 712, starting from 15th April. Since checked in we have feel the worm Hospitality in every nock and corner of this well maintained hotel. The restaurant service and menu was nice though its a restaurant but still we felt the taste of home like food . In this hotel, from front desk, House keeping and restaurant all the staff are cordial as well as professional too. Our sincere thanks to all of them. But I am unable to resist to mention one particular name that is ' Pavitrata' in the restaurant. She was ever smiling and ready to help the guest, though she was having some physical issues ( Hearing impaired). Again hats off to this hotel policy where management are encouraging those physically challenged person to prove that they're equally capable of or sometimes they are more capable of doing their duties. Lastly, my sincere gratitude everyone in this Hotel as well as management for making our stay enjoyable.

When I checked into my room, it was clearly not cleaned after the previous guest. The bed was dirty, the sheet had oil stains and chocolate marks. The floor and surfaces were sticky.
